Job Description:The Supply Chain Analytics Lead Consultant/Analyst will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and digital transformation initiatives across the end-to-end semiconductor supply chain, including wafer fabrication (Fab), Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT), and logistics. This role requires deep expertise in advanced analytics, supply chain processes, and a strong functional understanding of the semiconductor industry's ecosystem and challenges. The successful candidate will translate complex data into actionable strategies to optimize performance, enhance resilience, and reduce costs.
Supply Chain Optimization & Consulting:• Consult with cross-functional stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT) to gather business requirements and implement data-driven strategies that drive operational excellence.
• Lead or support projects related to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and inventory control strategy, particularly in a fabless, IDM, or foundry modelcontext.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization across procurement (e.g., source-to-pay), manufacturing planning, and logistics.
• Provide expertise in integrating and optimizing data flow between various planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Oracle).
• Develop TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models and business cases for strategic supply chain initiatives, securing buy-in from stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
• Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of client-ready deliverables and value realization.
• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor.
Required Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of direct experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Consulting.
• 8+ years of specific, hands-on experience working within the Semiconductor, High-Tech, or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
Technical Skills
• Data Analysis Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
• BI & Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining dashboards using leading platforms (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Supply Chain Systems: Functional knowledge of ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis).
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and work independently or lead project segments.
